Returns/Exchanges

Currently we accept EXCHANGES only, please email the studio with in 3 days of receiving your item and ship it back with in 2 days of receiving approval. All exchanges must be marked as RETURN for customs with a $5 value claimed, any exchanges that encumber a customs fee as result to customer claiming a higher value will be denied.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.  Return shipping will not be reimbursed and is at the expense of the customer.  We pack with care, if your item is lost or damaged in the post we are not responsible to replace it, nor cover shipping costs.  Any items unclaimed and returned to us will not be refunded but we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.  WE are a small business and appreciate all of your orders but at this time we can not issue refunds, thank you for understanding.
